Our Purpose

Cervantes Distribution Companies, Inc. (formerly Cervantes-Delgado, Inc.) was incorporated on April 2, 2001 for the primary purpose of marketing and distributing dry urea and urea solutions for SCR and SNCR NOx systems. With a management team that has over 100 years of experience in the marketing, distribution and engineering of ammonia/urea systems plus over 30 years in catalyst manufacturing; CDI is proud to have the capabilities to service their customers from over 45 different locations across the United States, Canada and Mexico, and continues to evaluate market conditions to strategically locate additional production facilities as near as possible to evolving markets. From its conception, CDI has been a certified NOxOUT licensee of Fuel Tech Inc., a recognized worldwide supplier of NOx abatement systems.

On July 9, 2009 CDI became certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API) as a national distributor/manufacturer of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), the newly required reagent for 2010 diesel engines. Through its affiliated company, AirBlueFluids, Inc. (ABF), CDI supplies the market in 1-Gallon and 2.5-Gallon bottles, 55-Gallon drums, and 275-Gallon totes as well as in bulk quantities as required by the end user. Currently CDI/ABF service their customers from 15 different locations across the country and more are in the process of being added in strategic locations as the market expands.
